Mega Millions Odds and Prizes
In Mega Millions you can win a prize by just matching the correct Mega Ball number which has the odds of 1 in 35. Matching more numbers means the amount you win will increase but the odds of winning will be lower. Matching all five numbers and the Mega Ball will win you the jackpot, which starts at $50 million but can sometimes rise up to $1 billion.

You can win more than the estimated prize listed above with the Multiplier that is automatically assigned to a purchased ticket. It can either be by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, or 10x for non-jackpot prizes.
